• To lead and support SCM software implementation efforts for our Clients in a hands-on Project Management/Account Liaison capacity.
• Provide project management control on key initiatives pertaining to solution delivery
• Ability and willingness to perform both tactical and strategic tasks
• Ensure adherence to common project management methodologies
• Collaborate with Project Team to define, estimate, and schedule project work to achieve project goals within scope, timeframe and budget.
• Function as the communications and customer relationship management liaison
• Inspire stakeholder engagement
• Monitor and report team activities
• Monitor and improve KPIs
• Identify problem areas exercising root cause analysis and formulate and execute intervention strategies, escalating critical issues in a timely fashion

Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with emphasis on Excel
• Hands-on SCM software implementation and configuration
• Logistics Optimization and Capacity Planning experience
• Solid understanding of process integration and process improvement
• EDI competency

Preferred Skills:
• MicroStrategy (Dashboard) - Preferred
• Tableau (data exploratory) - Nice to have
• R (Statistical Modeling) - Nice to have

Education and Experience:
• Undergraduate/Master's Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any Logistics/SCM related field)
• Ability to accurately and succinctly explain complex Logistics and/or Supply Chain Concepts
• Account management and customer liaison experience
• Strong analytical, investigative, interpersonal, and oral/written communicative skills
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Trans-cultural competence
• Customer service driven, both internal and external
• Systems skills to enhance data flow affecting systems integration and supply chain visibility
• PMP preferred, but not required

Other Pertinent Details
• Occasional Travel: Estimated 1-4 expense paid 1-week trips per year
• Compensation: DOE 1099 with potential for conversion to full time W-2
