We are now seeking a talented, multi-dimensional Webmaster with deep background in the healthcare field to design a new, compelling, visually appealing, lead/sale-generating medical device website.
The site needs to communicate about and sell our medical device. It needs to provide information about the product to interest clinical personnel but also to interest investing prospects. We need the kind of webmaster who can develop, tweak and oversee all front-end and back-end website development while strategizing toward the business bottom line and marketing plan. The Webmaster will have a keen ability to strategize, re-calibrate and execute continuous improvements. The Webmaster is an expert in working with and managing content providers (writing, blogging, videos, etc.) using content about keywords to drive traffic and sales via long-tail SEO and paid search.
We simultaneously need to build a second site, or area of the site, which is investor-focused. This needs to both have content to educate investors as well as lead generation / landing pages for new prospective investors.
The Webmaster must be able to create and maintain a comprehensive digital presence and strategy that encompasses (but is not limited to) the following:
Increase in website traffic and product revenue
Monitoring and management through web-based measurements and metrics to drive performance improvements as well as monitoring site performance, identifying any issues and making improvements that impact sales and customer satisfaction
Designing and revising layout of web and social media pages
Cross functional duties related to creating campaigns, web pages, graphic design, digital features, animations, interactive experiences and branding tactics to drive traffic and desired actions
Overseeing the online flows (customer experience paths, navigation, order processing) and performance funnel (metrics)
Managing site functionality and user experience on all digital platforms and mobile properties
Collaboration with Sales Team for development of web-based content, graphics, animation and design elements
Lead measurement and reporting on key performance indicators and providing actionable data to inform decisions to improve the business
Acting as the server administrator
Social media content coordination and paid social advertising
Managing Search Engine Optimization, Meta, Header Tags, Alt Tags and other critical code requirements
Keyword relevance with continued keyword optimization and bid management
Effective ad campaigns
Minimum of 5-10 years' of up-to-date experience in building and managing website(s), driving and managing traffic, and generating multi-millions of dollars in sales (preferably both B2C and B2B) for one or more healthcare-related websites.
This is an ongoing role that will require continuous development and upkeep. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
Experience with investor-driven marketing and lead generation a major plus. Experience with high dollar product/service sales / lead gen also a plus.
The Webmaster will lead the development of the new medical device website, plus the investor-focused site / pages, and then manage the site in coordination with our sales & marketing team.
The Webmaster may do the actual page building, or may delegate to his trusted colleague(s); but in any case he/she will oversee and own the work.
