We are looking for IT Help Desk Support Technician.

‪* *Qualifications:
• ‪2-3 years of technology related experience is required (AA preferred)
• ‪A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
• ‪Must possess a wide range of technology skills
• ‪Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new software and quickly deploy

Required Skills:
• Desktop/Laptop support
• ‪MS Environment, mostly Windows 10, 8, 7, Linux, CentOS
• ‪Occasional basic hardware repair
• Email administration
• ‪Network/Server Setup/Troubleshooting, Server setup/installs, Firewall, VMs, HyperV, VPN, Git, SVN, Network administration
• ‪Antivirus configuration
• Setting up and managing devices such as access points, printers, and other devices
• Experience with ShoreTel telephone system
• Software installation


‪Highly Desired Skills:
• ‪Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012
• ‪Active Directory, VPN, Firewall, Network Security, Network/Server administration.
• ‪DHCP/DNS/IIS
• ‪Backup
• ‪Firewall configuration
• ‪Ability to design websites in Wordpress and wordpress site administration.
