Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer & Administrator will be responsible for building a technical platform that supports the strategy and initiatives of Suite Management Franchising. The Administer will be responsible for the overall performance of the software and it's ability to track Key Performance Indicators that drive the success of the corporate and franchised stores.

The successful candidate will manage the entire development and on-going support of the Salesforce platform. This person must be able to successfully work with all departments to understand their process and present technical solutions to meet their needs. Develop a simple interface that allows all users to easily adapt and adhere to the technical standards for reporting. The position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities:

Environment:
Saleforce.com platform, Communities, Pardot, Apex Language, Apex Triggers, Visualforce (Pages, Component & Controllers),Pages, Data Loader, HTML, Java Script, Web Services, Reports, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Email Services, Sandbox data, Quickbook Integration

• Manage and maintain Salesforce Database
• Build out and customize Salesforce database to support business needs & processes (grant tracking and compliance, event attendance, revenue tracking, fundraising, marketing, etc.)
• Create custom reports, dashboards and metrics utilizing Salesforce data, Google analytics, census and other data sources
• Research and deploy apps, integrate solutions for website, mass emails, web shopping cart, event management
• Train staff on Salesforce, Salesforce apps, and website maintenance


Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a proven technical leader with multiple years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with a combination of the following solutions:
o Salesforce.com CRM Sales solutions
o Salesforce.com Partner Community & Vendor Community solutions
o Salesforce.com Marketing Lead Generation Solutions
o Integrations between SalesForce.com and Pardot solutions
o Experience working with SalesForce developers using VisualForce/APEX.
o Preferred Experience working in the franchise industry, or similar is a strong plus.
o Preferred Experience with Quickbooks

Other Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work with Google platform and always thinking of ways to utilize technology
• Proven ability to introduce and sustain consistent accountability practices.
• Comfort level working from home
• Be able to travel 10-15% of the time

Compensation:
The right candidate will be paid a base salary of $45,000 a year. In addition to the base annual salary, SMF shall provide for the following: a) 10-days of Paid Time Off; b) no other benefits, including health insurance benefits and/or 401k plan are being offered at this time.
