Award winning, certified green commercial print company is looking for a top-notch Customer Service/ Print Project Manager to add to its existing team. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service over the telephone, via email and live chat and will work as a team with one shared mission: quality customer care. In this role, you will use your communication skills to effectively foster and manage relationships both with online and visitors at the plant.

To be successful in this role, you will need to work well within an environment with frequent interruptions and task changes. Must confidently choose the right course among competing demands and maintain a deadline driven attitude. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with technology and assisting customers. Basic working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a big plus; you must be very well-organized, with an acute attention to details, flexible and extremely personable. We are looking for a sharp self-starter, designer, preferably with some print or agency experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities & tasks:

* Provide ongoing support to customers, via phone and e-mail & live chat
* Provide accurate knowledge of our products to the customer
* Be proactive, with ability to shift and prioritize tasks at a moment's notice
* Ability to work independently, but also must be able to work in a team environment
* Handle heavy phones, while multi-tasking with on line chat and emails, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor
* Willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and maintain quality service at all times
* Perform other duties as assigned

You have a Graphic Design and or Printing Background
You live in East Bay, Berkeley/ Oakland/ Richmond area
