Contract Attorney Wanted: Civil Litigation on a project by project basis. 2+ years experience and superior research and writing skills. Must know motion and discovery practice in SF Bay Area State and Federal Courts. Work may include assisting on trial preparation, jury instructions, document review, making and opposing motions. Need a person who is incisive, knowledgeable, efficient and available over next year or two. Continuity is important. Practice is broad range of civil litigation including IP, PI, corporate, securities, fraud, E&O & insurance coverage.
