High End Graphic Designer

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer. You must be able to create attractive website designs from scratch, as well as landing pages, and IAB Standard ad units. You will have a vast knowledge of adobe photoshop and consider yourself a pro. You must be familiar with IAB standard ad sizes, and be able to create HIGH quality ads efficiently. Good quality ads are attractive and recieve a high CTR for the right reasons (click thru ratio) You must be able to create both JPG and animated GIF banners, that are highly optimized. Flash skills are a bonus but not necessary. This position will start on a contract basis and if you are good full time employment is an immediate option after you have proven yourself both competent and reliable. Please email me your 1.)
