Interaction Designer Wanted for Software Product (Contract)

We are a small start-up in need of big help and are looking for a out of the box thinker/interaction designer to help define the UI for our software product. Work with our CTO to help overhaul the customer interaction for our software product.
We are looking for someone who:
1) Can be highly effective as a User Experience (UX) Specialist
2) Bring an in-depth understanding of user-centered design theory and practice.
3) Take the target audience's needs and other motivating factors and translate them into concepts for compelling interactions and experiences.
4) Has worked on a software product before
