Programmer needed for screensaver (anywhere)

I need a simple screensaver programmed for windows (not sure what version).
I will design and animate the material and then hand you a quicktime movie. I don't need any design, just implementation of the screensaver.
I'm still getting details from the client, so I don't know much for specifics, but they want a quote on how much it would cost.
